Order Process, Delivery and Returns
Order Process
- Once you place your order, you should receive an email confirming your order and order number. Check your junk folder in case it delivers there.
- Note: Skin Silk Early Access orders will be dispatched from July 22nd. Please only email regarding dispatch after July 27th.
- The warehouse move quickly to pick, pack and dispatch your order. Therefore it's quite impossible to catch an order to change or cancel once it's dispatched.
- Your order is dispatched, and you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Please note due to Brexit custom charges will apply to UK orders on orders over €150.
Exchanges & Returns
I really hope you love my new products just as much as I do.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace goods if they are opened/used or seal is broken.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
You can return sealed, unopened, unused items within 28 days by emailing hi@lisaandcocosmetics.com Goods must be in their original outer boxes and wrapped carefully. Please ensure you post via tracked mail and receive a tracking number.
Please note:
Goods must be sealed, unopened and unsampled. Due to the hygiene nature of make up and brushes all returns are subject to quality control inspection using a UV scanner.
Please allow 5 -7 working days for returns to be approved and processed after hygiene inspections.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO RETURN TO MY BANK ACCOUNT/PAYMENT METHOD?
Refunds in general can take up to 14 working days to process. The refund will be made to the card used at point of sale.
Refunds to PayPal are immediate. The refund amount will credit to your PayPal account.
Time to return to your bank account may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
We can't refund until we receive your parcel and check that it is fit for restocking.

Management reserve the right to refund any transaction that they feel may have been processed fraudulently through the system. These can include, but are not limited to, hacking or external interferences or an error with duplicate orders.
