Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Processing

Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched

Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-Orders

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are clearly outlined on each product page.

Shipping

  • Ireland (ROI): 2–6 working days — €5.95
  • Northern Ireland: up to 6 working days — €5.95
  • United Kingdom: up to 7 working days — £6.50
  • Europe: €15.00
  • Australia & New Zealand: €30.00
  • America and Canada: 

We are currently not shipping to the USA & Canada due to customers experiencing issues with tariffs. 

UK orders over €150 may be subject to customs charges due to Brexit.

 

 

 

Gift Cards

  • Physical Gift Cards
    Delivered in a premium presentation wallet (dispatch within 3–5 working days)
  • Digital Gift Cards
    Delivered instantly via email

Promotions

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout
  • Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

Gifts with purchase apply to physical product orders only.

Returns

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

We accept returns within 28 days on items that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

All returns are subject to inspection.

Refunds

  • Processed within up to 14 working days
  • Issued to original payment method

PayPal and Revolut refunds are immediate. Bank processing times may vary. 

Refunds are issued once items are received and approved.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in Dunnes Stores must be returned directly to store.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as potentially fraudulent or processed in error.
