• Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Email hello@lisaandcocosmetics.com immediately. We will always do our best to help, however once your order enters our warehouse fulfilment process it cannot be amended or cancelled.

TRACKING
Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.

PRE-ORDERS
Estimated dispatch dates are shown on product pages. Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together.

Returns & Refunds

• Notify us within 14 days if you wish to cancel.
• Return goods within a further 14 days.
• Email hello@lisaandcocosmetics.com before returning any item.
• Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
• Inspect your order on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours where possible with your order number and photos.
• Refunds are processed without undue delay.
• Return postage applies to change-of-mind returns.

Additional Information

• International orders may incur customs charges.
• Refused parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges may incur non-refundable shipping costs.
• Refunds or reshipment can only be arranged once the original parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
• Please check your delivery address before placing your order.
• Purchases from authorised retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Gift Cards & Promotions

• Physical gift cards dispatch within 3–5 working days.
• Digital gift cards are delivered instantly.
• Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
• Free gifts with purchase are available while stocks last.
